• Deficit

  I have so many things to say, and I have nothing to say.

  There was a post-Thanksgiving miracle, and then, a post-Christmas miracle.  Maybe the two miracles will cancel each other and become a curse...I know I am being pessimistic, but hey...

  I think I am having attention deficit disorder.  I can't even concentrate on one thing to be outraged about on the news.  Should I be enraged by Madoff's Ponzie scheme?  Should I feel a head rush with new problems between Hamas and Israel?  Should there be wrath that Hank Paulson took the bailout money and ran?

  Or, should I even be angrier about a guy who is denied from admission to the emergency room and died because registration insisted that the person should be carried by an ambulance rather than his son's car?
